Zenith Bank Plc has introduced a new banking feature to bring ease of transactions to its customers: the unique Zenith Bank QR service.
The quick response (QR) service allows users to push transactions in a faster and secure way by leveraging a barcode on steroids.
The new innovation will enable existing customers and new customers to among other things; open an account, get the Zenith mobile app, request a Zenith virtual card, get the Zenith Scan to pay app, get the Zenith Bank eToken app, Chat with ZiVA and resolve dispense error.
The QR Service is also expected to help in reactivating dormant account, unlock/reset hardware token, update BVN, Zenith trade portal, NXP processing -CBN, Form M Processing – CBN, Self-Service, where customers can do all self services themselves with our Self-Service Portal.

The QR is a more dynamic use of code since the barcode holds information only horizontally while the QR code does so both horizontally and vertically.
