nHub, Nigeria’s top startup/innovation hub, north of the country, has announced this year’s nHub Fellowship Programme 2018. The 10-month Fellowship is free and open to budding software developers itching to build a career in the global ICT industry.
“The problem of unemployment is a huge problem in this country, the other issue is the lack of unemployable skills. The fellowship program is meant to help young people gain the skills they need to be able to get employed, nHub tweeted today kin Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria to declare entry applications open for 2018.
Jos based nHub is a major definer of the startup movement in Nigeria, particularly in northern Nigeria where nHub provides a complete incubation facility, startup acceleration programs, mentor-ship, and training (academy).
The nHub Fellowship is designed to make nHub Fellows world class reputable software engineers with access to live projects using world best tools. nHub Fellows will be able to build professional and technical skills required to be a globally competent software developers.

Prospective nHub Fellows go through five simple stages:

- Aptitude test
- Interview
- Boot camp
- Confirmation
Eligibility
Must be an Adult (age 18 and above)
Currently undergoing National Youth Service or Must have completed his/her National Youth Service.
Most be ready to learn, exhibit leadership, Integrity, Passion.
Must be ready to live within Jos, Plateau state within the 10months.
