Moyosola Adesina, the Acting Head of Public Affairs at WAEC’s national office in Lagos, revealed this development through a statement posted on the regulatory body’s website. The mock examination is slated for January 23 and 24, while the primary Computer-Based WASSCE for Private Candidates is set to commence on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.

Prospective candidates are strongly urged to actively engage in the mock test. According to the statement, examinees are required to access the examination through the mockcbt.waec.org.ng portal using their mobile phones or personal computers. The mock examination portal will remain open throughout both days, offering candidates the opportunity for a second attempt in case the initial try is unsuccessful.

Login details for registered candidates will be sent to their respective email addresses and phone numbers once registration concludes. Additionally, tutorial videos on utilizing the examination portal will be made available on all WAEC social media platforms. WAEC extends best wishes for success and a positive experience to all examination candidates.
