The Convergence Conference (http://waconvergenceconference.net/) holds tomorrow Wednesday, 30th of November inside the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Ikeja, Lagos with a stakeholders’ gathering promising to provide an insightful peep into technology trends in Africa’s most populous country as well as the entire ECOWAS sub-region.
Already billed to lead the conversation on Convergence and Regulation is the Director-General/CEO of National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami) who is holding talks on ‘Convergence, IT Regulation, and the Promotion of Local Content.’ Pantami has the president of the Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON), Mr. Olusola Teniola, to share insight from operators’ perspective on regulation and convergence in a session to be chaired by Dr. Sola Afolabi, Chairman, Qitech Technologies Ltd.
