Speaking on the Federal Government’s commitment to youth empowerment and economic transformation, Dr. Tijani highlighted the vision to establish a Talent City within the DBI Lagos Campus.

“Yesterday, I spent time in both Lagos and Abeokuta engaged in efforts that directly support President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda—particularly our national goal of creating digital jobs for millions of young Nigerians,” he said.

“In Oshodi, Lagos, we explored the development of a Talent City within the DBI campus—a dedicated hub to support Nigeria’s growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. With the right infrastructure and partnerships, BPO presents a real opportunity to unlock thousands of export-facing digital jobs for our youth.”

The Talent City concept aligns with Nigeria’s ambition to become a leading global outsourcing hub, leveraging the DBI’s infrastructure to attract local and international BPO investments.
