“When we launched Quizac, our mission was to infuse learning with the same excitement and engagement that social media brings. Having witnessed the shift from a pre-internet era to a social media-driven world, we recognized the need for an educational platform that could compete for students’ attention in this new age. Quizac was designed to empower students, offering them an engaging alternative… Quizac will be seamlessly integrated into the Tekedia ecosystem, gaining access to Tekedia’s extensive data assets and resources,” said Prof. Ndubuisi Ekekwe, Founder & Chairman of Tekedia Capital, USA.

With the integration of Quizac, Tekedia Institute, known for its Mini-MBA and other award-winning business management programs, is set to undergo a massive transformation. Quizac’s technology will be embedded into Tekedia’s core engine, providing learners with an immersive and gamified educational experience. This will enable students to engage in entrepreneurial capitalism and master market dynamics through interactive simulations, focusing on people, processes, and tools powered by knowledge, capital, labor, and risk-taking.

Imagine playing a game to achieve 10x growth in Lagos, launching a solution, and navigating your way to success. Or understanding the risks associated with entering a new market by engaging in a game designed to simulate those very challenges. With AI-driven technology, the convergence of data, knowledge, and action will be unified to serve individuals, communities, and nations.

Prof. Ekekwe expressed his admiration for the vision of the Quizac team, acknowledging the contributions of Tade Samson, Alayo Hussein, and Oluwatobiloba Awogbemi. “Our promise is to extend their hypothesis by nurturing and improving Quizac technology, advancing the liberation of minds through impactful education,” he stated.

He also assured that current, former, and future learners at Tekedia Institute will benefit from the integration of Quizac. A new portal for Tekedia is on the horizon, offering not just education but also business tools, legal custodial services, global banking services, and a marketplace for digital products. “Our product is knowledge; we will continue to deepen how we educate for knowledge,” Prof. Ekekwe added.

This acquisition signifies Tekedia’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of education by blending technology, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking, creating a dynamic environment where learners can thrive.
