The SN cord represents a major advancement in fibre connectivity, offering significant density advantages compared to traditional LC connectors. While a standard 19-inch 1U panel can accommodate up to 144 fibres with LC connectors, utilising SN cords within the same footprint triples the capacity to 432 fibres.

In addition to delivering exceptional density by supporting up to 432 fibres in a 1U panel footprint, key features of Siemon’s VSFF Connector Support include custom jumper configurations that are designed to eliminate excess cabling and innovative compatibility with SN-LC cords featuring Siemon’s LC BladePatch® connector for seamless integration with standard LC interfaces.
