Veteran tech-journalist and public relations practitioner, Reuben Mouka, has replaced Dr. Ikechulkwu Adinde, as the new Director of Public Affairs of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
Adinde has been moved to the special duty unit of the NCC. Muoka officially resumed duty on Monday, June 20, 2022.

Mouka who was Head, Public Relations at NCC from 2009 to 2015, comes to his new office with vast experience in media management and tech journalism.
He was also at one time, the Deputy Director, Policy Competition and Economic Analysis at the NCC.
The former Hi-Tech editor at Vanguard Newspapers left to manage the Corporate Affairs department of the now defunct MTS First Mobile company before joining the NCC nearly two decades ago.
Muoka holds BSc and Master degrees in Mass Communication.
He has built a solid relationship with professional media colleagues from his active days in the media and as former chairman of the now moribund League of Communications Correspondents.
