A cutting-edge initiative, it is designed to foster a more transparent, efficient, and accountable governance system in Plateau State.

The platform facilitates seamless engagement between citizens and the government, enabling them to provide feedback, request services, and interact with various government agencies with ease.
Governor Mutfwang emphasized the platform’s significance in fostering citizen-government interaction, urging the public to actively utilize it to offer feedback, share opinions on policies, and seek information about services provided by different MDAs. This interactive approach ensures prompt feedback and enhances the government’s responsiveness to citizens’ needs.
The platform is developed by Hephzibah Integrated Technologies Ltd. and managed by the Plateau State Information and Communication Technology Development Agency (PICTDA).
