In the first message of the year to employees and a statement to partners, the Executive Chairman, Mr. Stanley Jegede stated that “based on the market discoveries made and insights gained across its businesses conducted in-country, cross-border, or across regions in 2023. There is an exponential increase in customer expectations, accelerated digital transformation needs, greater call for data and device security, and high demand for stringent business sustainability models.
Hence, Phase 3 is focused on adopting, or adapting to upgraded fit-for-purpose technology as a digital infrastructure and across other enterprise and retail service layers ranging from the data side, and cybersecurity to everyday business functions. To create a model unique to shaping its operations across all locations for proactive operational, economic, and social best practices organization-wide”.
In the statement commending all the members of staff contributing significantly to standout achievements that also helped the company close its 20th year in business on a high note and set the stage for 2024 as the year to conclude the several engagements and strategic directions embarked on as well as the new ones Phase 3 will take on.-
Jegede posits that the new year portends immeasurable opportunities as a key industry player in a variety of ways and across market segments. Reaffirming the company’s principal goal of operating larger and wider as a Phase 3 group with diversified yet converged market interests that will extend its operating structure and increase its size – amplifying the capacity and capabilities of all its business operating vehicles.
Each business vehicle within the group will be innovatively result-driven with clear strategies for successfully achieving at least 95% of identified goals in each business area. These are digital infrastructure, network enterprise, retail, value-added, and technology services or solutions all uniquely grouped.
In 2024 to ensure a high Probability of Success Index (PoSI) for all goals on its transformative journey, a greater portion of the company’s energy will center on innovativeness and collaboration; timely resolution of matrices of customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints across all service areas; technology; upskilling and reskilling of its growing staff with more mindset targeted and strategic hires, Jegede concludes.
