Could you elaborate on the scope of services provided by Precise Financial Systems Ltd. (PFS) as a financial software provider?

Certainly. We operate as a financial software provider, offering technology solutions to various entities including banks, fintech firms, and other organizations. our core business revolves around intellectual property, primarily in software development.

What role has PFS played in facilitating GITEX participation within the Nigerian tech ecosystem?

Around 2013, GITEX approached several companies, yet the response was minimal. PFS emerged as the first Nigerian company to showcase at GITEX, serving as a catalyst for increased Nigerian participation in the event. During my tenure on the NITDA board, I advocated strongly for Nigeria’s representation at GITEX, underscoring the importance of showcasing our nation’s tech prowess.

Could you elaborate on the extent of financial inclusiveness within the Nigerian tech ecosystem?

Since the first edition of “Within Them Africa” in 2014, Nigeria has witnessed significant inflows of investment, though I don’t have exact figures. However, I prefer not to quantify success solely in monetary terms but rather focus on the value brought to the table.

What are your aspirations for the future, particularly regarding the growth of Nigerian tech companies on a global scale?

Beyond PFS, I am deeply invested in the vision of nurturing Nigerian companies to emerge as global entities. I firmly believe that Nigerian tech firms have the potential to compete on the global stage, akin to giants like Facebook, Microsoft, and Oracle. This aspiration drives my endeavors, and I am committed to seeing it realized in my lifetime.
