Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami and Governor Simon Bako Lalong of Plateau State top the nominees list for Nigeria’s most profound digital leaders for 2020 as Abuja hosts the 4th annual Nigeria Tech Innovation & Telecom Awards (NTITA).
NTITA 2020, Nigeria’s most prized IT and Telecom event, is putting the spotlight on the country’s technology leadership, most promising innovations, companies and projects; and political leaders pushing the required willpower to foster right environment for ICT to flourish. It is holding as part of the commemorative events in the tech industry to celebrate Nigeria’s Diamond Jubilee.
Pantami’s robust profile as a leading light in ICT policy drive and a pathfinder for Nigeria’s steady push in digital economy attracts wide appeal from NTITA 2020 judging panel drawn from some of the most respected figures in the technology industry, media and academia.
Lalong’s consistent leverage of technology and ICT-inclined policies to explore new level of social and economic impacts drew similar appeal.
