Aleph’s Digital Ad Expert Programme to Boost Digital Economy

This partnership will offer young Nigerians access to Aleph’s Digital Ad Expert (DAE) programme. It will provide them with industry-relevant knowledge and hands-on training needed to thrive in today’s digital marketplace. Aleph Group connects advertisers with consumers in over 130 emerging markets and works across 45 of the world’s top digital platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and Uber.

By participating in the DAE program, Nigerian youth will be empowered to contribute to the nation’s digital transformation. “Teaching our youth digital advertising skills is crucial for advancing Nigeria’s economy in the digital age,” said Francis Sani, Special Adviser on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Capital at FMCIDE.

Flexibility and Global Opportunities for Nigerian Youth

The DAE programme is designed for maximum flexibility and offers both live and self-paced learning options. This makes it accessible to participants across the country. Upon completing the program, graduates will receive a globally recognised Digital Ad Expert certificate. They will be provided access to Aleph’s extensive alumni network and new career opportunities in the digital advertising industry.

“The programme is an ideal solution to address Nigeria’s digital skills gap,” commented Stanislaus Martins, Managing Director for West Africa at Aleph Group. Aleph aims to train 800,000 students across Africa, with Nigeria playing a key role in this vision.

Creating Future Digital Leaders

“This collaboration aligns with our mission to foster innovation,” said Gaston Taratuta, Founder and CEO of Aleph Group. Adding “we are creating opportunities for young people to thrive in the global digital economy.” The partnership will not only drive digital advertising skills but also empower the next generation of Nigerian digital leaders. This will further strengthen the country’s role in the global digital economy.

The initial cohort of over 2,600 participants is expected to double, marking a significant step towards building Nigeria’s digital workforce.
