nHub Incubator and Accelerator Ltd (nHub Nigeria) has reworked its management structure to push its new plans in Nigeria’s ever-changing tech and innovation ecosystem.
Former Chief Financial Officer of nHub Foundation, Mr. Eric Nanle is to take over as Executive Director of nHub Foundation.

Executive Director of the nHub Foundation, Mr. Bashir Sheidu, is now tasked to oversee the operations of both nHub Nigeria and the nHub Foundation as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Chief Executive Officer of nHub, Mr. Theodore Longji, announced the changes this week in Jos, Plateau State, in an official statement on the verified social media handle of nHub.
“I am pleased to announce some exciting changes. These changes are necessary for the transformation and continuous improvement of our organization. This will aid us deliver on our mandate more efficiently,” said Longji.
nHub is a pioneer in northern Nigeria and has helped to foster the growing community of startups nestling outside major cities like Lagos and Abuja.
Nanle, an accountant, is Co-Founder of Yiino Technologies and has helped to manages the Next Economy Programme at nHub to success.
Sheidu, a computer scientist, alumna of University of Jos and also Co-Founder at Yiino Technologies, started off as Community Manager, nHub. He rose to become Executive Director, nHub Foundation Africa. He will now manage operations of both nHub Nigeria and nHib Foundation.
Mr. Bashir Sheidu will take on new responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer. He will oversee operations of both nHub Nigeria and the nHub Foundation. Bashir was previously the Executive Director of the nHub Foundation.
“These changes are effective immediately. We wish you all the best in your new roles, and we believe that you will continue to perform with the same enthusiasm and vigor that you have shown,” added Longji.
Founded in 2015, nHub pioneered incubation hub in central Nigeria to ignite the tech startup ecosystem in the north of Nigeria. The hub is a major training pitch for hundreds of young software developers. Since it opened shop, it has served the rising demand for tech skills locally, and has continued to enjoy attention from the international community with a streams of partnerships with organisations that include Meta (Facebook).
