Emily is an artificial intelligence assistant integrated with the new hubs dot Ng app. Emily delivers a friendly conversation with users on what they want to do with a smooth user experience.
Emily also doubles as a customer care agent for review and questions from users. All review and questions are further handled by real customer care representative with a reply sent to respective user.
COO of Hubs dot Ng, Mr. Philia Mic-Julius said the release of Emily is in furtherance of the company’s vision to build a digital Nigeria with world standard and new technology. He also added that Emily will continually get improvement to deliver progressive conversation with users and is currently available on the new app release.
