Executive Vice Chairman/CEO Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, unveiled the new product this week in Abuja as part of the agency’s drive to convert research efforts to real market product.
The agency encourages inquiries regarding bulk orders for the NASENI laptop and solar irrigation pump, as well as pre-orders for all other products, to be directed to [email protected].
Since assuming office, Halilu has emphasized NASENI’s commitment to partnering with the private sector to bring high-quality household and industrial products to market efficiently. Rather than competing with the private sector, NASENI aims to collaborate and support businesses, leveraging its technical expertise and market access.
NASENI envisions transitioning its domestic product manufacturing initiatives from “Semi-Knocked Down” (SKD) assembly to “Completely Knocked Down” (CKD) assembly, while increasing the utilization of locally-sourced materials. The agency remains dedicated to technology transfer, local content sourcing, and strengthening domestic production capacity.
