Can you share with me some challenges you’ve faced in running a creative hub, how you navigated around it. and how do you plan to expand or evolve in the future?

Working with creatives can be challenging as it requires a deep level of understanding and collaboration. There must be a value exchange—something meaningful to offer in return for their work. But many creatives struggle with this, which can make the process more difficult.
