Q24.software, a leading tech company in Poland, has announced the next step in developing a cutting-edge AI module aimed at revolutionizing the university admissions process. This innovative tool will be integrated into university recruitment websites, providing personalized guidance to help students select study programs that best align with their skills, personality, and strengths. The goal is to steer students towards fields where they are most likely to thrive and enjoy successful careers.

Q24’s AI module will analyze a broad array of factors to deliver personalized recommendations, empowering students to make informed decisions regarding their education and future career paths. The project is being developed in partnership with the Warsaw University of Management (MANS) in Poland: MANS international students recruitment centre), which will provide analysis of historical data on students’ study choices and the career trajectories of graduates.

Additionally, experienced psychologists and HR professionals will contribute to the project, ensuring that the AI’s recommendations are both accurate and effective. The development of this AI module will be further supported by the software house Softylabs and BulletProve, a company known for its expertise in creating AI solutions for military projects.

Experts in the education sector are already calling Q24.software’s initiative a “Revolution in Admissions.” The global market for AI in education is projected to grow from $1.1 billion in 2020 to $3.68 billion by 2025, reflecting the increasing demand for such tools.
