Oyesola Awodiya, the Managing Director of Ezzential Global Services Limited, has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Valuable Personalities in Nigeria’s Digital Economy. The event attracted key stakeholders from various sectors, including the leadership and members of prominent associations such as the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON), Association of Licensed Telecoms Operators of Nigeria (ALTON), and the Association of Licensed Data Protection Organisations of Nigeria (ALDAPCON).

With over 20 years of experience across various industries, including telecommunications, ICT, banking, power generation, business development, project management, and finance, Awodiya has established herself as a results-driven business leader.
She holds a degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Lagos State University and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University).
Awodiya’s career journey began at Inlaks Computers Limited, where she gained invaluable experience before assuming roles of increasing responsibility at Private Networks Nigeria Limited (PNN) and Anchor Telecoms Nigeria Limited. As the General Manager, Operations (Africa) at Anchor Telecoms Nigeria Limited, she played a pivotal role in expanding business operations across African countries such as Ghana, Cameroon, Benin, and Gabon.
Awodiya has spearheaded Ezzential’s transformation
Since joining Ezzential Global Services Limited, Awodiya has spearheaded the company’s transformation from providing telecoms site construction services to becoming a leading provider of turn-key communication infrastructure services to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Tower Companies (Towercos) in Nigeria. Under her leadership, Ezzential has expanded its operations to Ghana, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone.
