The immediate past Executive Vice Chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission, (NCC) Dr. Eugene Juwah is dead.
Juwah died in Canada, according to family sources. The family is yet to issue a statement.

A member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS) and Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Juwah relocated to Canada after he failed to secure a renewal of his tenure as Nigeria’s telecom regulator in 2015. He was succeeded by Prof. Umar Dambatta.
Juwah was a major actor in the country’s deployment of ETACS, GSM and CDMA mobile network.
