The European Union (EU) has reiterated its commitment to advancing Nigeria’s digital transformation, emphasizing the sector’s potential to drive economic growth, equip young people with digital skills, and create sustainable employment opportunities.

Speaking at the Omniverse Summit in Lagos, EU Ambassador to Nigeria and ECOWAS, Gautier Mignot, highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between startups, policymakers, and tech innovators to build a thriving digital economy.
