Visit to DBI: Dr. Olufemi Adeluyi, NATEP and Daser David,BDI

The Digital Bridge Institute (DBI) and the National Talent Export Programme (NATEP) are in discussions to collaborate on accelerating NATEP’s goal of creating one million jobs.

NATEP’s National Coordinator, Dr. Olufemi Adeluyi, along with Barrister Henry Ogbogu and Ms. Zainab Saka, visited DBI in Abuja to explore this strategic collaboration. DBI President/CEO, Daser David, emphasised the institute’s commitment to evolving its training programs to meet rising global demands and ensure international recognition for its trainees.

“We’re evolving our training programs to meet the rising global demand and ensure that our trainees receive international recognition,” said Daser David DBI, President/CEO of the DBI.

The DBI management team, including Ms. Viola Askia-Usoro, Mr. Nwanze Okonkwo, Mrs. Chinwe Alaribe, and Mr. Akin Ogunlade, “engaged with the NATEP team in alignment with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda,” added David who recently assumed duty as CEO of DBI.

NATEP is strategic to achieving Tinubu’s agenda for job creation

President Tinubu launched the NATEP last year to shore up Nigeria’s foreign exchange earnings. NATEP serves as a dedicated entity to address the unique needs and challenges faced by the talent and service export industry.

NATEP is part of the strategy towards achieving President Tinubu’s agenda for job creation. The initiative is targeting to create one million in-demand jobs across Nigeria, over a five-year period. The programme lays special emphasis on enhancing competitiveness, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth through trade in services.

The DBI is an international centre for ICT training.  It is supported by experts in academic, professional and industry faculties. It also has first-rate facilities for learning and research at its campuses.

DBI offers expertise in ICT training and has world-class facilities. The partnership will equip Nigeria’s workforce with globally competitive skill sets, supporting both job creation and talent export for economic growth..
