It significantly enhanced its charter team’s operational efficiency and providing faster response times to customer requests.

The Carrier App centralises charter operations on a single platform. It also streamline quote generation, improving speed and consistency, and boosting quote conversion rates. Additionally, the app enhances Cargojet’s CRM capabilities, offering robust internal data and reporting features that support business development by identifying new opportunities with existing clients and analyzing lost opportunities.
