The company, which was incorporated in 2003, has grown from a national long-distance operator to a regional connectivity and data solutions provider, serving wholesale, enterprise, and retail customers across Nigeria and over 400 cities worldwide through its partnerships with global leaders in the TMT industry.
Phase 3 started with a license to operate as a national long distance operator in Nigeria in 2006 and since then it has expanded its network to cover over 10000 km of fiber optic cable across Nigeria, and West Africa. The company has also diversified its portfolio of services to include cloud computing, cyber security, network management, professional services, and data center solutions.
Since 2023, Phase 3 has not only focused on providing connectivity, but also on creating value for its customers and stakeholders. The company has supported various initiatives and projects that aim to foster national development, social responsibility, and digital transformation.
The executive chairman of Phase 3, Mr. Stanley Jegede, expressed his gratitude to all the customers, partners, regulators, and staff who have contributed to the company’s success over the past two decades. He said:
